The Frontier 19mm (¾") Econo Forestry Nozzle is an economical, lightweight, and versatile firefighting nozzle designed for forestry, wildland fire suppression, and mop-up operations.
Featuring an adjustable combination straight stream and fog pattern, this nozzle allows firefighters to quickly select the water application best suited to the task. The straight stream provides concentrated water delivery for targeted fire suppression, while the adjustable fog pattern offers broader coverage for cooling, wetting vegetation, and extinguishing hot spots.
Designed for use with 19mm (¾") forestry patrol hose, the Frontier Econo Nozzle is a practical and cost-effective choice for wildland firefighters, forestry crews, industrial fire brigades, and property protection applications.
Key Features & Benefits

Economical Design: An affordable solution for equipping forestry crews and multiple hose lines.
Lightweight & Compact: Convenient to carry, handle, and store during extended firefighting operations.
Forestry Patrol Hose Compatible: Designed for use with 19mm (¾") forestry hose systems.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for wildland fire suppression, mop-up, hot spot extinguishment, vegetation wetting, and general forestry water application.
Two Pressure Options: Available in medium-pressure and high-pressure versions to suit different operating requirements.
Pressure Options
Medium-Pressure Model – 80 PSI
Designed for low-pressure forestry and mop-up applications.
Recommended operating pressure: 40–70 PSI
Maximum continuous working pressure: 80 PSI
Ideal for lower-pressure forestry hose systems and mop-up operations
High-Pressure Model – 400 PSI
Designed for forestry systems operating at higher pressures, where a suitably rated nozzle is required.
Maximum pressure rating: 400 PSI
Suitable for appropriately rated high-pressure forestry hose systems
Always operate within the manufacturer's specified pressure limitations
Typical Applications
Wildland and forestry firefighting
Fireline mop-up and hot spot extinguishment
Forestry patrol hose operations
Vegetation and exposure wetting
Industrial and rural fire protection
Property protection and general water application
Important Operating Information
Select the nozzle version appropriate for the operating pressure of your firefighting system.
The medium-pressure model must not exceed 80 PSI continuous working pressure and should not be used as a closed shutoff against higher pump pressures. Avoid sudden pressure surges and water hammer.
The Frontier Advantage
Practical firefighting equipment at an economical price.
The Frontier Econo Forestry Nozzle provides a simple, versatile, and affordable solution for forestry crews requiring reliable straight stream and fog water application without the expense of a premium adjustable nozzle.
