The HD Hose Roller / Heavy-Duty Hose Winder is designed to make winding large-diameter fire hose faster, safer, and easier. Built for demanding fire service and warehouse use, this heavy-duty hose winder is ideal for handling LDH hose up to 5" diameter, reducing the physical strain normally required to roll and manage large hose lengths.

Featuring a 2:1 gear ratio, the winder provides improved winding control and reduced effort, making it especially useful for fire departments, service shops, and hose testing operations where large-diameter hose needs to be rolled, unrolled, inspected, or stored regularly.

The unit is designed to fit a standard 2" receiver hitch, allowing it to be mounted to a vehicle or compatible shop setup. An optional wall mount bracket is also available for departments or service facilities that prefer a permanent wall-mounted hose winding station.
