WFR's hydrant test cap and gauges are designed for determining the static pressure
of water in fire hydrants, fire hoses, and/or fire pumps. The Gauge assembly has a quick connect to allow for easy replacement, or for storage. The bleeder valve is stainless steel.
NPSH threads
are standard for 1.5" caps
BAT or WCT threads are standard for 2.5"
caps.
Storz is standard for 4" and 5" caps.
A 2.5"(65mm) dry, 0-160 psi gauge is standard. The gauge face is marked in large
easy to read 2 psi increments, and has a ± 1% full scale accuracy
certified by the gauge manufacturer.
Gauges with higher pressure ranges (up to 600psi) or sizes are available on request.
